Where to start
Six ways in.
Ordered by commitment, not by what I would rather sell you. Every rung is fixed in scope and priced in a written proposal after we talk. The first one costs nothing and requires no call.
Start at the bottom
The six engagements
- 01 Snapshot You suspect something is off but cannot name it. No charge. No call.
Two business days. - 02 The Audit You want a senior read before you spend anything. Fixed scope. Written findings.
One to two weeks. - 03 Identity & Brand System You are building the brand properly, for the first time or the last. Fixed scope. Guidelines included.
Six to eight weeks. - 04 Web & Collateral What you have works, but it does not look like the company you are now. Fixed scope. Built, not just designed.
Four to eight weeks. - 05 Systems & Automation The design is fine. Everything behind it is held together with tape. Fixed scope. It runs after I leave.
Three to six weeks. - 06 Partnership You need a design department and cannot justify hiring one. Monthly. Cancel with notice.
Ongoing, monthly.
Most engagements land between $5,000 and $25,000. Figures are not published per rung because the scope is what sets them, and the sequence is built so you never receive one you cannot predict: the first rung costs nothing, the second is fixed, and everything above it is quoted in writing before any work starts.
Durations assume decisions and feedback come back within a couple of days. They are the part of a schedule I do not control, and the only thing that reliably moves a date.
When there is a date on it
Any of the above, in seven days.
When there is a raise, a launch, or a board meeting with a date on it, the engagement compresses into a single dedicated week: strategy, execution, and an activation kit, in days rather than months. Limited slots, booked in advance.

Does not fit a rung?
Pitch deck refactors, one-off print jobs, and bespoke projects are handled through The Audit. It is the fastest way to scope something that does not fit a rung.
The full range of what I actually do is on the capabilities page. It is long, and it is meant to be read rather than shopped.
